Since Shabbos I have had some "odd" encounters with people, both in person and electronically.
I wish it could blame it on a full-moon or something in the water. All in all, I am drained and bewildered.
I am left only looking at myself in a mirror and asking, "What can I do to speed up and not delay Moshiach?"
I meet odd people on a daily basis. You get used to it after a while.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Garnel.
DeleteI just think that if I could hear the way I talk to others, I'd think twice. I'm not even going to address other people who say things to me.

ReplyDeleteI'm a magnet for "strange" and "weird" people, it seems. It's the 'normals' I have difficulty with most of the time.
ReplyDeleteI know that since getting married I have become more conscious about how I sound when talking to people. Thankfully my wife points it out to me and we work on it...
If you're meeting resistance, that could be a sign that you're doing the right thing!
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your comments.
ReplyDeleteAs the Baal Shem Tov teaches, any deficiency we see in others is a reflection of that within ourselves.
